The second shop of the “haishop” brand cafe is opening in Shibuya on the 17th of September. 80 percent of its dishes are vegan. Their concept is “sustainability” and they buy 75 percent of the ingredients directly from growers, which makes it possible for them to reduce food loss by using nonstandard fruit and vegetables.
Here is the website of the cafe.
POSH, a raw food patisserie in Tokyo, launched 2 types of vegan and gluten free birthday cake.
One is Mature Mango, which is made of mango fruit from Miyazaki prefecture. JPY 17,000.
The other is Honey Glow Pineapple; the pineapples are selected by Daiwa Supermarket, which is famous for its fruit sandwich (which is not vegan, unfortunately).
The shop is in Koto, Tokyo and its website is below.
