Vegan ponzu from Hinode Mirin

King Jozo launched vegan ponzu as a part of their Hinode Mirin brand products. Ponzu is citrus flavoured soy sauce, which often contains soup stock from fish, but this ponzu does not contain any animal product and has received Vegan Certificate from Vege Project Japan.

Ponzu is a typical Japanese sauce and goes well with soup and boiled vegetables. Please try.
